License Fee Payment Terms. Licensee shall pay Alliance a one-time license fee in the amount set forth in Exhibit A for the License granted in this Agreement (the “License Fee”). The License Fee must be paid in U.S. dollars. The License Fee shall be due upon the Effective Date of this Agreement. Unless requested in writing by Licensee, Alliance will not provide an invoice to Licensee. The License Fee is nonrefundable.
