License for Contract Property. Upon Customer’s payment of fees due under an applicable SOW or Order Form, SFDC grants Customer a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to copy, maintain, use and run (as applicable) solely for its internal business purposes associated with its use of SFDC’s online and offline services anything developed by SFDC for Customer, including Deliverables, under this Agreement (“Contract Property”). SFDC and Customer each retains all right, title and interest in its respective intellectual property and SFDC retains all ownership rights in the Contract Property.
