License for RAP. Grünenthal hereby grants to OMP and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, paid up worldwide license, within the Field, under the Grünenthal ADF-Formulation Patents and Independent ADF Formulation Improvement Patents Controlled by Grünenthal for use in carrying out RAP of the Product.
