Common use of License for the Author Clause in Contracts

License for the Author. 1. The Publisher grants the Author a non-exclusive license to use the Work in all fields indicated in § 2 on the condition that appropriate title, place of publication and the name of the Publisher of the Work are mentioned. The Publisher grants permission to the use of derivative works.
