License Grant to INEX. 2.2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Hana hereby grants to INEX and INEX hereby accepts an, irrevocable world-wide, exclusive, Royalty-Free License under the MD Xxxxxxxx Patents to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and have imported products outside the Hana Field subject only to the provisions of Sections 8.5 (relating to abandonment, withdrawal or discontinuance of patent protection) and 14.3 (relating to termination on bankruptcy).
