Common use of License Grants to KKC Clause in Contracts

License Grants to KKC. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, following the exercise of the Japan Option, AEVI grants KKC, under the AEVI Technology, a non-exclusive, royalty-free (except as to the AEVI In-License as set forth in Section 7.6.4(b)) license, with the right to sublicense solely as provided in Sections 6.4.1, to:
