Common use of License Grants to Partner Clause in Contracts

License Grants to Partner. (a) License to Use Real Media SDK to customize Partner Products for use with Licensed Products. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RN grants to Partner a non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use and install the RealMedia SDK, whether in Object Code or Source Code form, for the sole purpose of developing Partner Products that interoperate with Licensed Products. Partner shall use the SDK on a single computer or on a computer network. Partner may download associated online documentation for purposes of using the SDK, but may not make further copies of the documentation.
