License Grants to Tekmira. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Alnylam Existing In-Licenses, Alnylam hereby grants to Tekmira and its Affiliates an exclusive right and license under the Alnylam Licensed Technology to Research, Develop and Commercialize Tekmira Products directed to any Tekmira Exclusive Target in the Tekmira Field in the Territory.
