License Key, Delivery and Acceptance. Promptly following execution of an applicable Order Form, Elastic will deliver to Customer a License Key or ISO file that is required in order for Customer to use the Software in accordance with the rights granted in Section 1.1 of this Addendum. For purposes of the applicable Order Form, the Software will be deemed to have been delivered to Customer upon provision of such License Key or ISO file, and the Software is deemed to be accepted by Customer upon delivery.
