License of Certain GroceryCo Domain Names. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, GroceryCo IPCo hereby grants to SnackCo IPCo from the Distribution Date until the fifth anniversary of the Distribution Date a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free and nontransferable (except as expressly permitted herein) license to use the following GroceryCo Domain Names solely for the purpose of forwarding or rerouting e-mail sent to addresses of any member of the SnackCo Group that use such GroceryCo Domain Names (e.g., xxxx.xxx @xxxxxxxxx.xxx) as at the Distribution Date to replacement e-mail addresses of such SnackCo Group member:
