License of Rights. Construction Agent is hereby granted (i) a license by Lessor to use the Project Materials and rights granted Lessor under the Project Agreements in connection with the performance of Construction Agent’s duties hereunder and (ii) during Construction, control and possession of the Site to perform the Site Obligations.
