LICENSE OF USE OF SOFTWARE AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Unless expressly prohibited by the licensor thereof, if any, the Agent is hereby granted a license to use all computer software programs, data bases, processes and materials used by the Borrowers in connection with their respective businesses or in connection with any Collateral. The Agent agrees not to use any such license other than after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default.
