License to Assigned IP. If at any time a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Hitachi ceases to remain a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Hitachi, Hitachi shall provide written notice of such change to Opto-Device in accordance with Section 20 of this IP License Agreement and the license under Assigned IP to such Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, shall continue, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this IP License Agreement.
