License to Display Inventory. Dealer hereby xxxxx Xxxxxxx a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid license to use, perform, reproduce, display, transmit and distribute: (i) Dealer’s inventory (Inventory); and (ii), any marketing or promotional materials (collectively with Inventory, “Materials”) that may be provided by Dealer on the web sites or in marketing communications of Rollick, it’s affinity partners or its OEM partners.
