License to Hospira. During the Term, Omeros hereby grants to Hospira a royalty-free, non-exclusive license, without a right to sublicense, to use and exploit Intellectual Property owned by or licensed to Omeros and used in connection with the Processing of Product, solely to the extent necessary to Process Product for Omeros under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
