License to Juno. Editas hereby grants to Juno under the Editas Collaboration IP a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to practice any methods and to make, use, sell, offer for sale and import any products in each case in the field of Engineered T-Cells.
