LICENSE TO RIGEL OF IMPROVEMENTS TO RIGEL TECHNOLOGY. Xxxxxxx hereby grants to Rigel a nonexclusive, royalty-free, paid-up, worldwide license (i) under Xxxxxxx'x interest in all Research Program Technology, and (ii) under Xxxxxxx'x interest in any know-how, inventions or discoveries generated or made in the course of the Internal Xxxxxxx Research, only to the extent it constitutes an improvement of Rigel Technology.
