License to Software; Access to Cloud Offerings. If and to the extent that the relevant Subscription covers Software, then the terms and conditions of Attachment 1 to this Agreement shall govern End Customer’s access to and use of that Software. If and to the extent that the relevant Subscription covers Cloud Offerings, then the terms and conditions of Attachment 2 to this Agreement shall govern End Customer’s access to and use of the Cloud Offerings. With respect to the rights granted under either Attachment 1 or Attachment 2, End Customer covenants that it will (and will cause its Affiliates and Users to) not use or run on any of Customer’s computers, or have deployed for use, a copy of the Community Edition version of the Software and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the exercise of such rights.
