LICENSE TO USE PATENTS, TRADEMARKS, AND TRADENAMES. Debtor grants to Secured Party a royalty-free license to use any and all patents, trademarks, and tradenames now or hereafter owned by, or licensed to, Debtor for the purposes of manufacturing and disposing of Inventory after the occurrence of an Event of Default. All Inventory shall at least meet quality standards maintained by Debtor prior to such Event of Default.
