License to Use the Grounds Sample Clauses

License to Use the Grounds. In consideration of the Tenant constructing and installing the installations on the Grounds and thereafter repairing, maintaining, replacing and restoring such installations from time to time, the Landlord hereby grants to the Tenant a license over the Grounds to permit the Tenant to use and occupy the Grounds from the date hereof and during the Term appurtenant to and for the benefit of the Premises, so that the Grounds can be used and enjoyed by the Tenant, its permitted subtenants, licensees, employees and invitees for the Permitted Activities.
