Licensed Design Specification Clause Samples
The Licensed Design Specification clause defines the technical and functional requirements that the licensed design must meet under the agreement. It typically outlines the scope, standards, and detailed criteria that the design must adhere to, such as performance benchmarks, materials, or regulatory compliance. By clearly setting these expectations, the clause ensures both parties understand the deliverables and reduces the risk of disputes over whether the design meets contractual obligations.
