Licensed Game Purchase Links. Developer will deliver to Fig the link(s) under which visitors to any Fig Site(s) (determined in Fig’s discretion) and those of Fig’s Distributors as permitted in this Agreement may purchase the Licensed Game, as the Licensed Game may be updated from time to time, as well as all up-to-date information (such as pricing) for Fig and such Distributors for reference to offer the Licensed Game for sale thereby, and shall otherwise cooperate so as to avoid any delays in fulfillment or servicing of customer orders for the Licensed Game pursuant to Fig Sales.
