LICENSED INSPECTOR Clause Samples
The LICENSED INSPECTOR clause designates that any inspections required under the agreement must be performed by an inspector who holds the appropriate professional license. In practice, this means that parties cannot use unqualified or uncertified individuals to conduct property, safety, or compliance inspections; only those with valid credentials recognized by relevant authorities are permitted. This clause ensures that inspections are conducted to a professional standard, thereby reducing the risk of oversight or error and providing both parties with confidence in the inspection results.
