Licensed Know-How Limitation. UTRF shall have no obligation to provide LICENSEE with Licensed Know-How or to provide technical assistance in the exercise of the License. In the event LICENSEE requires technical assistance with respect to the activities conducted by LICENSEE pursuant to this Agreement, obtaining such technical assistance (whether from the UT Contributors or otherwise) shall be LICENSEE's responsibility and at LICENSEE's expense.
