Common use of Licensed or Accredited Status Clause in Contracts

Licensed or Accredited Status. The Reinsurer is, and shall maintain its status as, a licensed life insurer or accredited life reinsurer in all jurisdictions of the United States where necessary so that the Insurers, in the statements required to be filed with their regulatory authority(ies), shall receive full credit as admitted reinsurance for all of the Reinsurer’s share of the Obligations (as defined in this Article).
