Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Licensed physical therapy assistant personnel providing services at County Facilities must have at minimum, successfully completed a physical therapy assistant program in a school recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Physical Therapy Association and approved by the Physical Therapy Board of California, and have a current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant by the Physical Therapy Board of California, Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
