Licensed Product Returns Sample Clauses

Licensed Product Returns. During the term of this Agreement and for one year after its expiration or termination, Vendor will handle all Licensed Product return requests that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro refers to Vendor, and Vendor will administer the process of obtaining letters of destruction. Vendor will provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro with its channel partner manager as a point of contact to direct all requests for returns. Any and all returns will be in accordance with Vendor’s return policy, and at Vendor’s sole discretion. For all Licensed Product returns accepted by Vendor, Vendor will promptly notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro of the accepted return and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Micro is authorized to take a DTI against Vendor’s account.

Licensed Product Returns. Company may return Licensed Products. Each return must comply with the returns policy and procedure in the then-current Returns and Destruction Policy on the ECE.
