Common use of Licensed Products Targeting CCR9 Clause in Contracts

Licensed Products Targeting CCR9. GSK shall pay to ChemoCentryx, within thirty (30) days following the achievement of the specified milestones (each, a “CCR9 Sales Milestone”) and upon receipt of an invoice, with respect to the total aggregate annual worldwide Net Sales of all Licensed Products targeting CCR9 (whether such milestone event is achieved by GSK, its Affiliate or any of their respective Sublicensees), the milestone payment applicable to such CCR9 Sales Milestone as set forth below.
