Licensed Space Sample Clauses

Licensed Space. This license covers only the following space (collectively, the “Licensed Space”):
Licensed Space. University grants to Vendor the limited use of that portion of the XXXXXXXX (the “Premises”) set forth herein, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the purpose of operating a food truck on the specific dates and times listed in Section 2 pursuant to University’s _________________XXXXXXX (the “Event”). (a) The space that Vendor is entitled to use consists of the following areas and facilities: (b) This Agreement does not entitle Vendor or the Vendor's servants, employees, agents, or invitees to occupy, enter, or use any area, facility, or equipment not specifically described herein. (c) Vendor shall be responsible for the cleanup and removal of trash in licensed portions of the Premises, immediately following the conclusion of Vendor’s operations.
Licensed Space. Management hereby grants Exhibitor a revocable, non-exclusive license to the Licensed Space. By contracting to rent the Licensed Space, Exhibitor hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Licensed Space. The portion of the pole owned in whole or in part by PG&E and approved for the Attachment and Equipment, including space encumbered by the CMRS attachments.
Licensed Space. MBH&H hereby licenses to Exhibitor, and Exhibitor hereby accepts the following license from MBH&H, subject to the terms and conditions of this License the area more particularly described in Part I: Exhibit Space Application annexed hereto and made a part hereof, (the “Space”) for the consideration stated in Part I: Exhibit Space Application. MBH&H will notify Exhibitor at least two weeks prior to the Show of the tentative location of the Space at the Show. MBH&H’s selection of the location of the Space may be changed at its sole discretion.
Licensed Space. As provided in Section 4.1, the City grants Licensee the right to use the Licensed Space identified in Exhibit 1, from the Date of Delivery of the Licensed Space through the remainder of the Term of this Agreement for the operation of the Concession, except as otherwise provided for herein. Exhibit 1 may be amended by agreement of the Licensee and the Commissioner from time to time to reflect changes in Licensed Space, including but not limited to any Additional Space. Licensee must confine all of its Concession operations to its Licensed Space. Any conduct of Concession operations outside of Licensee’s Licensed Space without Commissioner’s written approval, is an Event of Default.
Licensed Space a. University grants User, its agents, employees, volunteers, and invitees a revocable, non-assignable license to enter and use the Licensed Space for the sole purpose of the Event, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. b. THE LICENSED SPACE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO USER FOR THE EVENT "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND WITHOUT EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND SUITABILITY FOR INTENDED PURPOSE. c. User acknowledges that nothing in this Agreement shall in any way be construed to give User access to University property other than the Licensed Space and common areas required for access to the Licensed Space.
Licensed Space. Manager grants to Licensee permission to use the portions of the parking garage or lot known as , hereinafter referred to as the “Premises.”
Licensed Space. Licensor is the owner of the AgriLife Center, located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Boulevard, College Station, Texas 77843 (the “Center”). Licensor grants to Licensee a license to use the Center, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the purpose of (the “Event”).
Licensed SpaceLICENSEE will initially occupy an area on the upper mezzanine of the first floor of the Store consisting of approximately 4,500 square feet of lockable, useable space, inclusive of selling and display space (the "Licensed Space"). The Licensed Space will be initially located in an area of the Store that LICNESEE has been occupying up to the date of the execution of this Agreement. The license of the Licensed Space includes all appurtenances and existing means of access to and from, and all ways over the adjoining and surrounding area of the Store and other public spaces immediately adjoining and contiguous to the Licensed Space, and rights appurtenant to or used in connection with the Licensed Space, including the use of all common areas, so long as such use is consistent with LICENSEE's use of the Licensed Space in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In addition to the approximately 4,500 square feet of store space on the upper mezzanine level, LICENSOR will make available to LICENSEE approximately 500 square feet of lockable storage space in the sub-basement of the Building. All references in this Agreement to the Licensed Space will include both the approximately 4,500 square feet of store space on the upper mezzanine level and the approximately 500 square feet of lockable storage space in the sub-basement of the Building. LICENSEE acknowledges that from time to time LICENSOR may need to increase or decrease the size of the Licensed Space and LICENSEE consents to such adjustments, so long as if the amount of square footage in the upper mezzanine level area is reduced by 10% or more, LICENSOR will be obligated to reduce the amount of base license fees that LICENSEE pays LICENSOR hereunder proportionately. If LICENSOR needs to decrease the size of the Licensed Space by more than 20%, LICENSOR must first notify LICENSEE to determine whether LICENSEE will consent to such an adjustment. If LICENSEE refuses to consent, LICENSOR will have the right not to proceed with such a reduction in the Licensed Space by more than 20% and this Agreement will continue in force and effect. On the other hand, if LICENSOR insists on proceeding with the reduction of more than 20% in spite of LICENSEE's refusal to consent, LICENSEE will have an option for a period of thirty days immediately following receipt of written notice from LICENSOR that the Licensed Space is going to be reduced by more than 20% to terminate this Agreement upon one hundred and eighty days prior ...
