Licensed Space Developments and Operations Sample Clauses

The 'Licensed Space Developments and Operations' clause defines the rules and permissions regarding any modifications, improvements, or activities conducted within the leased or licensed premises. It typically outlines what types of developments or operational changes the licensee is allowed to undertake, such as installing equipment, making structural alterations, or conducting specific business activities, often subject to the licensor's approval and compliance with applicable laws. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on the scope of permissible activities within the space, helping to prevent unauthorized changes and manage potential risks associated with property use.
