Licensed Units. All Units offered and used under this Agreement shall be licensed and legally operable on all roads. All Units with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,001 pounds and greater shall have: a) annual USDOT certified vehicle inspection; or b) Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance Inspection.
