Licensee Cancellation. Licensee may cancel this Agreement or any Site Supplement before the date of expiration by providing the Licensor with thirty (30) days express written notice of cancellation. Any prepaid Pole Attachment Fees shall be retained by Licensor. This Agreement and all Site Supplements may only be cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement or any Site Supplement.
