Licensee Cancellation. Licensee may cancel any Site Supplement at any time by providing the Licensor with thirty (30) days express written notice of cancellation. Any prepaid Fees shall be retained by Licensor. This Agreement and all Site Supplements may only be cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement or any Site Supplement.
