In accordance with the Licensee's responsibility under the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, Licensee reserves the right to reject or terminate any advertising proposed to be presented or being presented over the station which is in conflict with Station policy or which in the reasonable judgment of Licensee or its General Manager/Chief Engineer would not serve the public interest.
