Licensee Discretion Paramount. In accordance with the Licensee’s responsibility under the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the FCC, Licensee reserves the right to reject or terminate any Broadcast Material proposed to be presented or being presented over the Station which is in conflict with the Licensee’s policy or which in the reasonable judgment of Licensee would not serve the public interest.
