Common use of Licensee Inventions Clause in Contracts

Licensee Inventions. Subject to any licenses granted to Licensor herein, Licensee shall own all Inventions having as inventors only employees, consultants or contractors of Licensee (“Licensee Inventions”). Licensee shall have written agreements in place with its employees, consultants, and contractors giving Licensee all rights and authority necessary to grant the license in Section 8.3(a).
