Common use of Licensee Loan Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Licensee Loan Guaranty. The Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees that a termination of the Commitments under the Credit Agreement (whether on the Termination Date or at any time prior to the Termination Date for any reason) shall constitute termination of the Credit Agreement for purposes of subsection (f) of the definition of “Guaranty Trigger Event” set forth in the Licensee Loan Guarantees.
