The Licensee may immediately terminate this agreement at any time by written notice served on the Corporate Authorised Representative for any one or more of the following occurrences (provided that any failure of the Licensee to terminate this agreement for any occurrence will not prevent the Licensee from terminating for any subsequent occurrence including any occurrence of the same nature):
