Common use of Licensee not to burn off Clause in Contracts

Licensee not to burn off. The Licensee must not carry out any burning off on the Premises except with the prior consent of the Licensor in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and after compliance with the requirements of the Rural Fires Xxx 0000. Any consent granted in accordance with this clause shall be subject to such reasonable conditions as the Licensor may impose.
