Licensee Patents. Licensee shall be responsible, at its sole discretion and expense, for preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintaining (including conducting any interferences, re-examinations, reissues and oppositions) all Licensee Patents, including Patents relating to the Inventions owned solely by Licensee, in such countries it deems appropriate, by itself, through an Affiliate, or with Third Parties.
