Common use of Licensee Property Clause in Contracts

Licensee Property. The Licensee: 3.2.1 acknowledges that Swinburne assumes no responsibility for the theft, destruction or loss of money, valuables or other personal property brought onto the Premises, Shared Facilities or any Swinburne property by the Licensee or their guests regardless of cause; and 3.2.2 shall make arrangements for the insurance of their personal property.
