As between Licensee and Veritone, Licensee retains all right, title and interest (including Intellectual Property Rights) in and to Licensee’s Content, and any software, technology, trademarks, brand identifiers, materials and information which are independently created, authored, developed, conceived or reduced to practice by Licensee.
