Common use of Licensee Responsible for Affiliates’ and Authorized Recipients’ Acts Clause in Contracts

Licensee Responsible for Affiliates’ and Authorized Recipients’ Acts. On behalf of itself and its Licensee Affiliates, Licensee agrees that if any actions or omissions by a Licensee Affiliate or an Authorized Recipient breach this License Agreement, then Licensee on the one hand and such Licensee Affiliate or Authorized Recipient as the case may be on the other hand shall be jointly and severally liable for such breach.
