Licensee Royalty Obligation. For each Licensed Product, during the applicable Royalty Term in a particular country in the Licensee Territory, Licensee will pay to Takeda a running royalty of [***] of the aggregate Net Sales of such Licensed Product in the Field in the Licensee Territory (“Licensee Royalties”).
