Licensee Systems and Cooperation. Licensee shall at all times during the Term: (a) set up, maintain and operate in good repair all Licensee Systems on or through which the Software or the Services are accessed or used; and (b) provide all cooperation and assistance as NCIT may reasonably request to enable NCIT to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under and in connection with this Agreement.
