Common use of Licensee’s Contractors and Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Contractors and Subcontractors. ‌ Licensee shall use only qualified and trained persons and appropriately licensed contractors for all installation, construction and other work performed on or about the License Area. At least five (5) business days before any installation, construction and other work commences on or about the License Area, Licensee shall provide the City with: (1) a schedule with all activities to be performed in connection with the installation, construction and other work; and (2) a comprehensive list with all the names, contractors’ license numbers, contact information, and business addresses for all contractors and all subcontractors who will perform the installation, construction and other work.
