Licensee’s Equipment Sample Clauses
Licensee’s Equipment. The Licensee shall at its own cost and expense construct or cause to be constructed (i) any infrastructure required to connect the Licensee’s Network to the County Network; and (ii) any Licensee Laterals and other facilities required to serve the Licensee’s customers at locations in Arlington County. The Licensee shall be responsible for installation and interconnection of conduit, fiber, splice cases and other attendant structures and equipment to and within structures located on Licensee's side of the Interconnection Points.
Licensee’s Equipment. T h e Licensee shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for ordering, supplying, constructing, installing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, and removing any and all of the Licensee's Equipment, except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement. Additionally, the Licensee shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for obtaining any easements, licenses or consents that may be required for the installation and maintenance of the Licensee's Equipment.

Licensee’s Equipment. Licensee, or their agents, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives and invitees may bring such vehicles and other equipment upon the Licensed Premises for maintenance and repair purposes, provided, however, no vehicles or equipment shall remain upon the Licensed Premises for any period of time beyond what is reasonably necessary to (a) perform such maintenance or repairs, or (b) conduct the Permitted Use as defined herein in Section 4.
Licensee’s Equipment. Licensee shall notify Licensor in writing of all equipment to be installed in the Premises. The notification should include the amperage rating of the equipment as well as the date of proposed install. Licensee’s initial installation will include the equipment described in Exhibit F.
Licensee’s Equipment. 5.1 All electrical wiring, metering equipment, apparatus or works beyond the metering point (as indicated in the Schedule) are owned and maintained by the Licensee.
5.2 The Licensee shall be responsible for keeping all wiring, apparatus or works (excluding those owned by the Consumer) located in the Premises, which are used for or in connection with the supply or use of electricity in safe and good working order.
5.3 Consumer shall permit the Licensee to install and keep installed an electric line and/or electrical plant required for the purpose of providing the supply of electricity to his Premises; on, under or over the Premises
5.4 Consumer shall take proper care of the Licensee’s equipment installed on his/her Premises and to inform forthwith the Licensee of any defect or occurrence that has (or suspected to have) resulted in any damage to the Licensee’s equipment.
5.5 If Licensee’s equipment located in the Consumer’s Premises are lost or damaged due to fire or any other cause at the Premises, occasioned by the Consumer or his agents, the Consumer shall be responsible to defraying of the costs of replacement of such lost or damaged equipment of the Licensee.
5.6 Subject to the provisions of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20 of 2009, the Consumer shall permit entry to the Premises by the representatives of the Licensee.
Licensee’s Equipment. Licensee may bring such vehicles and other equipment upon the Licensed Premises as would ordinarily be used to operate and use the Licensed Premises for the purposes and uses permitted by this License, subject however, to the following limitations: (Do not leave blank – if no limitations, write “NONE.”)
Licensee’s Equipment. Entirely at its own expense, Licensee shall install all furniture, fixtures and equipment necessary for the efficient operation of the Licensed Business ("Licensee's Equipment"). Licensee's Equipment, and its size, design and location, shall at all times be subject to Sears' approval.
Licensee’s Equipment. The Equipment listed in Schedule “2” will remain the property of the Licensee and notwithstanding the attachment or affixation of any of the Equipment to the Site in any manner, all of the Equipment shall remain items of personal or moveable property and not fixtures.
