Common use of Licensee’s Required Insurance Policies and Coverages Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Required Insurance Policies and Coverages. Licensee agrees that it, its employees, agents, contractors, and their subcontractors doing work related to this Agreement shall comply with all of Authority’s Technical Requirements and insurance requirements as set forth on Exhibit A, which is attached and made a part of this Agreement by reference.
