Common use of Licensee’s Warranty Clause in Contracts

Licensee’s Warranty. The Licensee warrants that: (a) it has full capacity, and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement, which when this Agreement has been executed will constitute valid and binding obligations on it in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) any End User Agreements will meet the requirements contained in this Agreement.
