Upon the expiration of the Term pursuant to Section 15.1.1(c) with respect to (i) a given Royalty-Bearing Product in a given country or (ii) a given Profit-Share Product, the license set forth in Section 10.1.1(a) with respect to such Royalty-Bearing Product in such country or such Profit-Share Product in the U.S., as applicable, shall become fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free.
